- Jenny is a partner and Director of Investments, in addition to director of the society. She has been with AC Capitales since 2007 and has over 20 years of professional experience. She is responsible for the definition and execution of the firm’s real estate investments strategy with delivered assets under management for over US$ 260 millions. As Director of Investments for Real Estate Fund 1, she led the structuring of the firm’s Real Estate Funds 2 and 3. She holds the position of director in the companies and executive committees of portfolio’s investments, and is a member of the real estate fund investment committees. Previously, she was the commercial manager at Cálidda, the natural gas distribution company that supplies the city of Lima, part of the SUEZ Group. Jenny holds an MBA from Escuela Adolfo Ibañez and is economist graduated from Universidad del Pacífico.

She is part of the Real Estate Fund 2 team, where her primary responsibilities relate to the implementation of the portfolio monitoring and divestment strategy. She previously worked as a corporate finance analyst at DIVISO Bolsa SAB. Ingrin holds a degree in economics from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
